The present invention relates to a collimator structure using an optical waveguide path formed as an array and an array type optical component thereof. The array-type optical waveguide path collimator includes: a substrate; a lower cladding formed on the substrate; a first waveguide path formed on a groove which penetrates at least a part of the lower cladding and is formed in a first direction; a plate-shaped optical component coupled to another groove which penetrates at least a part of the first optical waveguide path and the lower cladding and is formed in a second direction different from the first direction.
