Provided is a jig for measuring the thickness of a battery and a method for measuring the thickness of a battery using the same. The jig for measuring the thickness of a battery comprises an upper jig which presses a battery assembly; and a lower jig which has a recessed part corresponding to the outer surface of the battery assembly to install the battery assembly to be detached.
