The present invention provides a vegetable soft capsule having excellent elasticity and adhesiveness and enhanced productivity and a disintegration degree due to thin film, and a method for preparing the same, the soft capsule being prepared by mixing 35.3 parts by weight of starch+ carrageenan, 17.7 parts by weight of glycerin and 47 parts by weight of purified water, wherein with respect to 35.3 parts by weight of starch+ carrageenan, a weight ratio of starch and carrageenan is 7:3; and in the 35.3 parts by weight of starch and carrageenan, a weight ratio of starch is 17.65 parts by weight of corn starch, 3.53 parts by weight of tapioaca starch, and 3.53 parts by weight of potato starch; and a weight ratio of carrageenan is 7.592 parts by weight of iota, 2.118 parts by weight of kappa, 0.8 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 0.04 parts by wieght of arabia gum, and 0.04 parts by weight of levan. |
