<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain uniform electromotive force among a plurality of battery rows even in the case of a low temperature.SOLUTION: A plurality of heating units respectively heat the plurality of battery rows mutually connected in parallel. A first open/close unit conducts or intercepts between one of the plurality of heating units and one of the plurality of battery rows. A control unit controls the first open/close unit between at least one battery row among the plurality of battery rows and a heating unit for heating another battery row, having a lower voltage than the at least one battery row and a lower temperature than a predetermined temperature, on the basis of relationship between the voltage of the at least one battery row and the voltage of the other battery row.</p> |
