PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell forming partition material used for an inflatable product, with which welding by a welder can be easily and efficiently carried out without using a ground plate. SOLUTION: The partition material is interposed between a pair of sheet materials 2, 3 comprising one or more kinds of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyamide, and polyester to form cells between the sheet materials by being welded at the upper and lower parts with the sheet material by high frequency oscillation. An inner layer 1a comprising one or more kinds from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polypropylene, and polyethylene and an outer layer comprising a material of the same quality as the sheet materials 2, 3 are formed as a tube in a laminated state without adhesion together by the co-extrusion method.
