PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control method and a program, capable of reducing the number of times of transmitting measurement values from a communication device more than usual, with maintained control quality.SOLUTION: A value estimation unit 131b estimates a value corresponding to measurement values in a first period of a communication device whose measurement value transmission period is extended to a second period by a period extension unit 131a, on the basis of a particular estimation value among received measurement values. An addition unit 131c adds the value corresponding to measurement values, estimated by the value estimation unit 131b, to the measurement value received from the communication device whose measurement value transmission period is extended to the second period by the period extension unit 131a. |
