<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method with which a state change such as actual growth or differentiation of a biological tissue associated with cell division of a precursor cell can be simulated more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A simulation method is provided which includes processing for disposing a precursor cell model 110 representing a precursor cell within a computational space and processing for iteratively operating a transition step of simulating a state change of a biological tissue including the precursor cell. The transition step includes following steps (a) to (c) of (a): disposing a secondary cell model 120 representing a secondary cell in the vicinity of the precursor cell model 110, (b): increasing an inter-particle coefficient regarding the secondary cell model 120 corresponding to a position of the secondary cell model 120 or an increase in the number of steps from the generation of the secondary cell model 120, and (c): updating the position of one secondary cell model 120 on the basis of a distance between the one secondary cell model 120 and the precursor cell model 110 or another secondary cell model 120 and the inter-particle coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
