According to the present invention, a thermal insulation structure for a building includes: a wall; a first thermal insulation material which is installed in a side of the wall to prevent the heat transfer through the wall; a second thermal insulation material which is subsequently installed on the wall with the first thermal insulation material to block prevent the heat transfer through the wall; and an adhesive agent which surrounds the contact surface on the wall where the first and second thermal insulation materials meet and fixes the first and second thermal insulation materials.
