摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heat insulation composite including a polyurethane adhesive layer with modified moisture permeability and waterproof property, the method comprising the steps of (i) manufacturing a modified polyurethane adhesive solution wherein polyester polyol, polyethylene polyol, polyisocyanate and a chain extender are firstly made to react each other in an inactive organic solvent, leading to a polyurethane solution in which acrylic monomers are initiators are injected and are secondly made to react, leading to a modified polyurethane adhesive solution; (ii) manufacturing a modified polyurethane adhesive layer (2) by removing the inactive organic solvent with heating and drying after spraying the modified polyurethane adhesive solution on a heat insulation substrate (1); and (iii) attaching one of the substrates among heat insulation substrates (1) and metal substrates (3) to the surface of the modified polyurethane adhesive layer(2). The manufactured heat insulation composite in the present invention comprises heat insulation substrates and the modified polyurethane adhesive layer (2) with waterproof property, moisture permeability and an outstanding adhesion to metal substrates, which has an outstanding heat insulation while having a good waterproof property and moisture permeability and prevents frostiness from being generated on the surface of the heat insulation composite without decreasing heat insulation and warmth retaining properties, thus improving durability.</p>
