The present invention relates to a food waste processing device which applies a compact structure to facilitate installation and maintenance and is capable of cleansing the food waste and the decomposed pollutants from the food waste through using a carrier and microorganisms. The present invention can prevent the odor of the food waste processed in the processing tank on the lower part with a lid unit of an upper inlet and get rid of the odor of the food waste being processed by sending the odor to the lower part while boosting the decomposition process through spraying the water from the upper part. The food waste is decomposed twice in the processing tank before being discharged to completely decompose the food waste. The present invention also employs a simple structure to be easily installed on the lower part of a sink and be easily maintained.
