<p>The present invention relates to a cooling roll device to manufacture a high-quality amorphous metal strip by securely supporting a cooling roll rotated at high speeds without vibration, and maximizing cooling efficiency. According to the present invention, the cooling roll device cooled through the touch of molten metal to manufacture an amorphous metal strip comprises: a rotary shaft (10) having main paths (12, 13) inside; and a cooling roll (20) coupled to the rotary shaft (10) through a shaft, and has radial flow paths (31-35) connected to the main paths (12, 13). The cooling roll (20) includes a roll body (22) coupled to the rotary shaft (10) and has the radial flow paths (31-35) arranged along the rotary shaft (10) in multi-stages; and a cooling ring (26) coupled to the circumferential edge of the roll body (22). A plurality of cooling grooves (42), arranged in a circumferential direction to be parallel to the rotary shaft (10) is formed between the roll body (22) and the cooling ring (26). Cooling water flowing through the main path (12) on one side of the rotary shaft is guided to the cooling grooves (42) through the radial flow paths (31, 33) on one side of the roll body (22) and is discharged to the main path (13) on the other side of the rotary shaft (10) through the radial flow paths (32, 34) on the other side of the roll body (22).</p> |
