An apparatus for producing a continuous fiber filament winding product according to the present invention includes a guide unit for guiding a fiber in a transfer direction; a bulky unit for spraying compressed air to the fiber passing through the guide unit to form an opening filament; a transfer unit for applying tension to the filament to forcibly transfer the filament; a winding unit for winding the filament forcibly transferred to form a filament winding product of a closed loop shape; a sensing unit positioned between the transfer unit and the winding unit to detect short of the filament; a cutting unit for cutting the filament or the filament winding product; and a control unit for controlling the bulky unit, the transfer unit and the sensing unit.
