The present invention relates to a precursor of electrodes, which includes a pole plate including a current collector and a coating layer of electrode composition slurry sprayed on at least one surface of the current collector and a grid which is integrally extended from the current collector and protrudes, wherein the grid has one or more cutting parts, electrodes manufactured from the precursor and a manufacturing method thereof and a lithium secondary battery including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, generation of wrinkles is suppressed on the boundary between the pole plate of the electrode and the grid, and lithium secondary batteries are manufactured by using electrodes without wrinkles, thereby improving the lithium secondary battery appearance and reducing the size of the lithium secondary battery.
