Disclosed are an organic light emitting display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display apparatus of the present invention may include pixel electrodes formed in each pixel on a substrate; sub-electrodes formed around at least part of the pixel electrodes; a first organic function layer which covers the pixel electrodes and the sub-electrodes and is formed on the front surface of the substrate; organic light emitting layers formed in each pixel on the first organic function layer; a second function layer which covers the light emitting layers and is formed on the front surface of the substrate; a cathode electrode which faces the first electrodes, covers the second organic function layer, and is formed on the front surface of the substrate; and second cathode electrodes which are formed at least parts of the sub-electrodes and touches the cathode electrode through a contract hole.
