METHOD OF DESIGN OF EMMC MULTI-DOWNLOADER USING MULTIPLEXER

The present invention relates to a method for designing an eMMC multi-downloader using a multiplexer. The method includes the steps of: closing at least one switch corresponding to one or more devices under test (DUT) by using the multiplexer; initializing the DUTs having the corresponding switch closed and mapping the addresses of the DUTs; and conducting at least one of a write operation and a read operation for the DUTs which are initialized and have the address mapped out.
