The present invention provides an apparatus for extracting cold brewed coffee, which is able to increase the penetration rate of cold brewed coffee by manufacturing cold brewed coffee and allowing one to drink while carrying the same. The apparatus for extracting cold brewed coffee according to the present invention extracts cold brewed coffee espresso to the upper part of a hollow container by installing a drinking water container to insert drinking water thereto, reclaiming ground roasted coffee under the hollow container having an arbitrary shape, and performing cold brew in a backward direction by the water pressure of the drinking water. The hollow container is a hollow cold brew pipe having a circular or polygonal cross-section, and the cold brew pipe includes a hollow pipe housing having a circular or polygonal cross-section. A cold brew loading container is formed at the upper part by a central partition having at least one transfer hole on one end within the housing, and a bean loading container at the lower part, wherein the roasted and ground coffee is loaded in the bean loading container so as to not be escaped. Accordingly, the present invention improves the quality of cold brewed coffee by fundamentally blocking the loss of flavors of cold brewed coffee by suggesting a sealed structure, and distributes the intrinsic cold brewed coffee sold in a coffee shop regardless of regions by allowing a consumer to directly prepare a cold brew with roasted coffee, thereby inducing revitalization of regional coffee shops. |
