[Class 120 (ii)] A draft or delivery roller for spinning, slubbing intermediate and roving frames, or doubling or twisting machines, comprises an extruded sleeve of ground cork or cork dust bonded by polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, methyl methacrylate or a mixture of polyvinyl acetate and chloride upon a metal centre. Ground cork or cork dust is mixed with hot plasticized polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene or methyl methacrylate or with a hot plasticized mixture of polyvinyl chloride and acetate, the hot mass then being extruded to sleeve form, cooled, cut to desired lengths and drawn on to the metal centre of the roller.
