The invention relates to a method and to a device for producing components (14) containing plastic. In the method, polymer tapes (20) of a first polymer material are laid on a laying surface (11) of a laying element (10) to form a first layer. The laying surface (11) can be curved three-dimensionally. Further polymer tapes (20) are laid on the first layer to form at least one second layer. The method is characterized in that the laying element (10) is likewise composed of polymer material and remains in the finished component (14). In particular a laying film or a laying plate can be used as the laying element (10), which laying film or laying plate is fixed on the laying surface (11) of the laying element (10) by means of negative pressure. The device suitable for the use of a laying film (10) comprises, in addition to a shaping tool (1) having a shaping surface (2), a pressing tool (6) having a pressing surface (7) that is complementary to the shaping surface (2), and a negative pressure chamber (16) in the shaping tool (1) that is filled, for example, with a porous filling material (17), which simultaneously forms the shaping surface (2). |
