The present invention relates to a double metal cyanide catalyst which includes a double metal cyanide compound; and an organic complex having one or more ester group and secondary to tertiary hydroxyl group. The present invention has a purpose of manufacturing a catalyst showing polymerization activity even the amount of the organic complex used during catalytic synthesis is significantly reduced, maintained in the concentration low enough to not need to remove remaining catalyst from the manufactured polyol, having short inducing time, presenting a uniform and suitable catalytic activity, and manufacturing polyol having significantly low degree of unsaturation. |
