Disclosed is a fixated bed gasifier. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixated bed gasifier comprises: a waste supplying unit which supplies waste; a filler supplying unit which supplies a filler including a tar modified catalyst; an oxidizer supplying unit which supplies an oxidizer; an internal container which accommodates the waste supplied from the waste supplying unit; and an external container provided outside of the internal container, and accommodates the filler supplied from the filler supplying unit. The fixated bed gasifier may comprise: a reaction furnace, wherein a synthetic gas generated by the reaction of the waste in the internal container is moved from the internal container to the external container in order to be reacted with the tar modified catalyst such that at least a part of the tar included in the synthetic gas is modified; and a gas discharging unit disposed on one side of the external container and discharges synthetic gas wherein at least a part of the tar is modified to the outside of the reaction furnace.
