<p>The present invention relates to a hot air nozzle which is a key part of a heat fusion machine frequently used in clothing manufacture or a sewing process for a leisure tent and the like. An existing product is thermally stable by adopting a ceramic bobbin, but a method of performing electrical insulation with a quartz pipe and a method of performing sealing by inserting the same into a metal tube have had stability problems in a manufacture process or a use process. The problems have not solved until the present time. To solve the problems, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing the hot air nozzle which replaces the ceramic bobbin and external metal tube with a ceramic tube in which the functions of the ceramic bobbin and external metal tube are integrated and allows the ceramic tube and internal parts wound with hot wires to be easily detached, and to the hot air nozzle.</p> |
