The present invention relates to a resin composition of a new alkylcellulose-polyarcrylonitrile separation membrane, the alkylcellulose-polyarcrylonitrile separation membrane, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a resin composition of a new alkylcellulose-polyarcrylonitrile separation membrane having an excellent removing performance for various contaminants, fouling resistance, and long term stability by securing surface hydrophilic and thermal properties where an alkylcellulose-polyarcrylonitrile copolymer denoted by a particular chemical formula is introduced as a separation membrane material.
