<p>In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a foam for cleaning a concrete pump comprising copolymers containing an olefin block copolymer (OBC) whose DSC melting point is 100°C or greater and natural rubber or a synthesis rubber; a liquid phase softner; a step of providing at least one other additive mixtures selected from the section consisting of a crosslinking agent, a foaming agent, metal oxide, stearic acid, an antioxidant, zinc stearate, titanium dioxide, a cross-linking aid and pigments; a step of forming a polymer foam by putting the mixture in a metallic mold and by pressurizing the same at rising temperature and foaming the same; and a step of exposing independent bubbles to surface by polishing the surface of the polymer foam after foaming.</p> |
