摘要 <p>A method for evaluating food and a recording medium storing the same are disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for evaluating food comprises the steps of: classifying a type of food to be evaluated; converting the content of the food to be evaluated into a daily recommended amount according to types; calculating a nutrition score by evaluating each nutrition of the content-converted food to be evaluated, based on standard food information according to the types, and calculating a raw material score by evaluating a raw material for the food to be evaluated; and calculating an evaluation score of the food to be evaluated using the nutrition score and the raw material score. According to the present invention, evaluation information that nutrition or additives contained in food is evaluated is provided to enable users to recognize a nutritional status regarding the food more accurately, thereby enabling the users to easily select food that the users need.</p>
