<p>A device for removing stickers from the surface of a synthetic resin roll according to the present invention comprises a caterpillar conveyor belt in which multiple roll fixing parts for fixing synthetic resin rolls are installed to be circulated; and multiple brush parts installed in portions where the rolls are fixed on the conveyor belt. The roll fixing parts have a triangular cross section to prevent the rotation of the fixed synthetic resin rolls. In order to prevent the synthetic resin rolls from being escaped, the brush parts are certainly fixed by pressing parts for pressing the synthetic resin rolls when brushes are in contact. The present invention can drastically improve the efficiency of removing the stickers from the surface of the synthetic resin rolls by automatically removing the stickers stuck on the surface of the synthetic resin rolls using the brushes. Also, the present invention can improve labor productivity by drastically reducing manpower since the stickers are automatically removed, and can make operating costs cheap since the synthetic resin rolls are not heated at high temperatures.</p> |
