PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out tablets which prevents damages of tablets caused when a PTP sheet is fed according to shapes of the PTP sheet and/or the tablet and enables stable feeding of the PTP sheet.SOLUTION: A device for taking out tablets includes: a driving roller rotatably attached to a driving shaft; a driven roller which holds a sheet part of a PTP sheet in cooperation with the driving roller and follows the driving roller to feed the PTP sheet; a pressing roller which rotates coaxially with one of the driving roller and the driven roller and is disposed so as to press a tablet holding part to take out the tablet when feeding the PTP sheet; and a PTP sheet guide device having a guide part 122 that places the PTP sheet and guides the PTP sheet being fed. The PTP sheet guide device includes a first clearance adjustment mechanism for changing a first clearance between a guide part tip and a pressing roller outer surface. |
