METHOD FOR WEAVING LOW-DENSITY AND THIN BACKER

The present invention relates to a method for weaving a low-density thin backer by weaving weft and warp of fine size in low density to stably support an outer shell while having light weight and excellent air permeability. The method for weaving low-density thin backer according to the present invention is characterized by including a process of inserting weft into warp, transferring, and winding, wherein the weft and warp are polyester or nylon thread having size of 5-15 denier and filament number of 3-20, and the weft is inserted into the warp receiving tension of 1-5 N/m by being arranged in warp density of 90-150 threads/inch to weave in weft density of 70-120 threads/inch.
