PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groundwater level control system capable of two-dimensionally lowering a groundwater level to a desired depth.SOLUTION: A groundwater level control system 1 comprises: a tunnel 2 which is constructed underground; boreholes 3 and 4 which are constructed from the tunnel 2 toward ground G; a pipe conduit 5 which is installed inside the tunnel 2; and water level regulation means 6 which is connected to the pipe conduit 5. Base ends of the boreholes 3 and 4 are connected to the pipe conduit 5. The water level regulation means 6 applies water pressure corresponding to a height difference between a target groundwater level WLand the base ends of the boreholes 3 and 4 to the base ends of the boreholes 3 and 4. |
