PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system and operation management device capable of efficiently performing the operation management of a stage mechanism or a game mechanism.SOLUTION: A stage operation management system includes an operation management device 2 and a terminal device 3. A stage mechanism 1 includes: an operation unit 12; and an action unit 10 to act in response to the operation of the operation unit 12. The operation management device 2 includes: a reception unit 20 for receiving operation information indicating the operation state of the operation unit 12 and action information indicating the action state of the action unit 10 that are transmitted from the stage mechanism 1; a storage unit 30 for storing the operation information and action information received by the reception unit 20; a selection unit 22 for making a selection about the operation information and action information stored in the storage unit 30 in accordance with a predetermined selection condition; and a retrieval unit 34 for retrieving the operation information and action information stored in the storage unit 30 on the basis of a retrieval condition to be transmitted from the terminal device 3 and transmitting a search result to the terminal device 3. |
