PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit and the like capable of easily taking out electric components.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit includes an outdoor heat exchanger 10 exchanging heat between outdoor air and a refrigerant, a blower 9 for sending the outside air to the outdoor heat exchanger 10, and an electric component box 8 having electric components such as a substrate 11 composed of parts of an electric system for controlling at least the blower 9, and a rail 13 capable of loading the electric components and drawing out the same to the outside of the box, and disposed on a base in the unit. The electric components can be easily taken out, and a space for taking out the same can be reduced. |
