PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic light control system and an on-vehicle communication device that prevent an unauthorized vehicle from switching a traffic light.SOLUTION: A security controller 10 of an emergency vehicle 1, a server device 5 arranged outside the vehicle, and a traffic light control device 7 control a traffic light 9 in cooperation. The security controller 10 transmits in-vehicle information obtained from an in-vehicle network to the server device 5 and the traffic light control device 7. The security controller 10 switches the in-vehicle information to be transmitted to the server device 5 and the traffic light control device 7 depending on the vehicle state of the emergency vehicle 1. The server device 5 determines the validity of information received from the security controller 10, and determines whether it should transmit the information to the traffic light control device 7 or not. The traffic light control device 7 performs switching control of the lighting state of the traffic light 9 on the basis of the in-vehicle information received from the security controller 10 and the vehicle information received from the server device 5. |
