An information processing device according to the present invention obtains a first location of a user at a given point in time and a second location of the user at a predetermined point in time later than the given point in time. The information processing device obtains a facility search request. The information processing device estimates the direction of travel of the user from the second location on the basis of the obtained first location and second location. If a plurality of facilities which have been found on the basis of the obtained search request include both a first facility that is not located in the estimated direction and a second facility that is located in the estimated direction and is farther than the first facility from the second location, then the information processing device causes the second facility to be presented as a search result in preference to the first facility. |
