PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, method and program for enabling an observer to accurately grasp a pointing position, and a stereoscopic image display device.SOLUTION: The image processing device of an embodiment is an image processing device for generating a stereoscopic image from three-dimensional data of an object, and includes a reception part, a determination part, and a generation part. The reception part receives an input of a three-dimensional position in a coordinate system of the three-dimensional data. The determination part determines the arrangement of a three-dimensional pointer including a first region and a second region arranged centering on the first region and pointing any position of the object such that the first region is located at the three-dimensional position. The generation part renders both the three-dimensional pointer and the three-dimensional data of the object to generate the stereoscopic image. |
