R1—CO— is an acyl group derived from an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 18 carbon atoms; R2 and R3 are each independently an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated, straight chain or branched chain hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or R2 and R3 form, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, an optionally substituted heterocycle; R4, R5, and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated, straight chain or branched chain hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; m is an integer of 1 to 20; n is an integer of 1 to 4; X is a sulfonic acid group or a carboxylic acid group; and Y is an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated, straight chain or branched chain divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or a salt thereof.
