<p>The present invention relates to a fixing jig apparatus for a heat exchange panel used to weld high strength metal. The fixing jig apparatus is assembled by a lower support beam (10) provided under a heat exchange panel (70) at a predetermined length in a direction crossing the heat exchange panel (70), the heat exchange panel (70) having a predetermined width being mounted on a top surface thereof; guide sidewalls (20) provided at both ends of the top surface of the lower support beam (10) to restrict the width of the heat exchange panel (70) and to prevent the movement of the heat exchange panel (70) as a lateral side pressing wedge (30) is inserted between one side of the guide sidewalls (20) and a heat exchange pipe provided at one side end portion of the heat exchange panel (70); a beam spacer (40) having both end portions passing through holes (21) formed in both guide sidewalls (20), and a bottom surface placed on the heat exchange panel (70) and coupled to a downward pressing wedge (50) forcibly inserted into the space between the beam spacer (40) and a top surface of the hole (21) of the guide sidewall (20) to prevent the heat exchange panel (70) from being bending-deformed due to a welding work; and a water feeding pipe (60) coupled to an end portion of each heat exchange pipe to cool the heat exchange pipe as water is supplied and circulated into each heat exchange pipe of the heat exchange panel (70), so that superior productivity can be provided without the bending-deformation even due to the welding of high-strength metal.</p> |
