PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image processing for improving color conversion accuracy even in the case of shooting under a white balance different from light source characteristics of a shooting scene.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: a first conversion unit that converts shot image data on the basis of light source information under shooting illumination; and a second conversion unit that converts the shot image data converted by the first conversion unit on the basis of white balance setting information and the light source information.
