PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tablet, and a tablet, such as carbonate spring bath agent, which allows most of emitted carbonic acid gas to dissolve into water without dissipating into the air to achieve total carbonic acid component at a high concentration within water by reacting neutralization efficiently within the tablet and generating carbonic acid gas bubbles as small as possible continuously for a fixed period of time.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a tablet by compression molding which comprises adding polyethylene glycol of 1/50-1/5, and organic acid (e.g., citric acid) of 1/20-1/3 to bicarbonate (NaHCOor KHCO), Vickers hardness [HV] is 23 or more, and the tablet is produced so that a diameter and thickness of the tablet is 10 mm or more. |
