PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker and a cooking device having the heating cooker capable of depressing the firing and smoke generation of fat in a cooking chamber of the heating cooker.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: ventilation means for sucking air in a cooking chamber 11 by generating a sucking force in an air inlet 12 so as to blow the air sucked from the air inlet 12 through a nozzle 28; a ventilation space provided between the bottom face of a pan 27 and a placement surface of a cooking table 26 on which a heated object is placed; and the nozzle 28 provided at a height position between the bottom face of the pan 27 and the placement surface of the cooking table 26, the nozzle 28 being composed of a plurality of holes or slits that are asymmetrically arranged with respect to the center in a crosswise direction of the cooling chamber 11.
