PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of an upright terminal of a bus bar during manufacturing.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a battery direct-attachment fuse terminal (BFT) which includes a bus bar 10 composed of a press-molded product of a metal plate and a resin housing 50 insert-molded integrally with the bus bar, and in which, on the bus bar, a plate-shaped main plate portion (input side terminal portion 11 and output side terminal portion 12, 13) and upright terminals 21, 22 connected to a part of the main plate portion and caused to rise with respect to the main plate portion by folding an end terminal thereof with respect to the main plate portion are mounted, a housing is insert-molded integrally with the bus bar in a state where the upright terminals are located on a same plane as the main plate portion and before being folded, and the upright terminals are caused to rise with respect to the main plate portion by folding the base ends of the upright terminals. |
