The present invention relates to a golf bag provided with a convenience function which facilitates rest of a golf player, or accommodation or movement of golf clubs or goods. The golf bag comprises: a body in a barrel shape for accommodating golf clubs from the upper opening end; a body support of which one end is hinged to the rear side of the body so that the body can be supported in an inclined position toward the rear side; a seat plate of which one end is hinged to the front side of the body; and a seat support of which one end is hinged to the front side of the body, thereby pivoting around the body so as to support the seat plate.
