PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions capable of use in treatment of spinal cord injuries and related disorders of the central nervous system (CNS).SOLUTION: This invention relates to compositions including at least two of a protein transduction domain, a proteoglycan degrading domain, and a domain capable of blocking and/or coming over the activity of neuronal growth inhibitory molecules. Any two domains of the polypeptide are together linked to a linker polypeptide domain.
