Provided is an electrode lead wire member for a nonaqueous battery, capable of improving corrosion resistance to increase lifecycle of a lithium ion battery by avoiding bad influence even though corrosion is increased due to hydrofluoric acid generated by reacting an electrolyte of the lithium ion battery with water. The electrode lead wire member (18) is withdrawn from a container for a nonaqueous battery which is made by using a laminate film stack body of an aluminum foil and a resin film as an external material. A protective layer (22) is formed on the external surface of a metal flat panel (21) of a paper strip shape by coating and drying solution containing polyvinyl alcohol-based resin or polyvinyl ether-based resin and a fluorine compound. The fluorine compound is water soluble, and the protective layer (22) is formed to have a band shaped pattern by print on the external surface of the metal flat panel (21). |
