<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of soluble tablet-type barley sprout tea. In particular, when put in water, the soluble tablet-type barley sprout tea is dissolved immediately. According to the present invention, people can drink a barley sprout extract in the form of tea. The soluble tablet-type barley sprout tea: is quickly dissolved in cold water without remaining sediment; has excellent texture; and does not generate off-flavor. In addition, the size of the soluble tablet-type barley sprout tea is small; thus, people can easily and instantly drink the soluble tablet-type barley sprout tea and can consume nutrients, contained in a vegetable, in a large amount if they have water and a container.</p> |
