PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to check connection states, commissioning, and operating states (analog input-output) of field instruments and to confirm progress on the checking. SOLUTION: An instrument monitoring unit 15 comprises: a connection state check tool 151-1 for field instruments; a commissioning tool 151-2; an analog input check tool 151-3 for the field instruments; an analog output check tool 151-4 for the field instrument; and a progress management tool 151-5 to manage progress on each checking by the tools 151-1 to 151-4, with respect to each of the field instruments.
