PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball collecting device that can easily attach and detach a transfer device. SOLUTION: The game ball collecting device 30 collecting game balls ejected from a game machine on a game bank 1 and conveying them to a lifting device 40 includes a pair of wall parts 5 disposed with a predetermined space in the width direction of the game bank at a lower part of the game bank 1; a first collecting trough 31 disposed inclining in the longitudinal direction of the game bank; a second collecting trough 32 disposed inclining in the longitudinal direction of the game bank so that its upstream end is disposed in a higher position than the downstream end of the first collecting trough 31; the transfer device 33 lifting the game balls rolling in the first collecting trough 31, to the second collecting trough 32; and a support member 340 comprising a mounting part 341 detachably mounted to the upper face of the transfer device 33, and placing parts 342 that can be placed on the upper faces of the pair of wall parts 5. The support member 340 supports the transfer device 33 in the hanging state in a storage space 34 by placing the placing parts 342 on the upper faces of the pair of wall parts 5.
