PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce an outside air into a body to be cooled, the body being disposed in a vehicle rear side of a power unit. SOLUTION: A cooling air introduction structure includes: an opening provided in a front part of the vehicle; an under cover 12 that is provided under an engine compartment 22 of a front part 20 of the vehicle; a fender liner 14 that is provided around a front wheel mounting part 24 of the front part 20; and a duct 16 that is provided at lateral sides of the power unit 36 mounted on the engine compartment 22 is configured by combination of the under cover 12 and the fender liner 14, and a front end 16A of which opens toward the opening 10 and a rear end of 16B which opens toward the body 38 to be cooled, the body being disposed at the vehicle rear side of the power unit 36.
