The present invention provides a steam generating device capable of easily exposing the surface of a heating chamber. The steam generating device is provided with a containing part (4); a housing (2), wherein the inner part stores a specified liquid (7), and is detachably contained in the containing part (4); a heater (9) which is spaced from the housing (2) contained in the containing part (4) by the containing part (4) and is arranged on the opposite side of the housing (2) contained in the containing part (4), wherein the surface of the heater (9) is exposed by dismounting the housing (2) from the containing part (4); a heating chamber (6) which is communicated with the inner part of the housing (2), wherein the heating chamber (6) is formed between the peripheral surface of the housing (2) and the surface of the heater (9) by containing the housing (2) in the containing part (4). |
