PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness manufacturing process that can prevent an accidental deformation of a thermoplastic material or a separation of a thermoplastic material.SOLUTION: A first chassis member 121 and a second chassis member 122 of a nozzle 12 are integrally combined by holding a predetermined portion of an electric wire 91. Thereby the predetermined portion of the electric wire 91 is housed inside a through-hole of a tabular body composed of combination of a first nested member 123 and a second nested member 124 of the nozzle 12. While the predetermined portion of the electric wire 91 and the nozzle 12 are moved relatively to each other, a thermoplastic material plasticized by material plasticizing means 11 is spouted over the outer circumference of the predetermined portion of the electric wire 91 through spouts 1213 and 1223 of a thermoplastic material formed on the nozzle 12 so that a nearly tubular covering material 91 covering the predetermined portion of the electric wire 91 is integrally formed by the thermoplastic material. |
