The invention provides a cloth winding control device of a loom, which improves the cloth tension detecting precision and performs accurate cloth winding controls. A reducing mechanism (21) is composed of a worm gear (11), a worm (13) and a reduction gear unit (17). A worm gear case (12), a worm case (15) and the reduction gear case (16) are integrated and from a reducing mechanism case (22) for accommodating a reducing mechanism. The reducing mechanism case is integrated with a winding roll shaft (6) and receives anti-winding torque. A force-detecting sensor (23) is equipped between the worm case (15) and a side rack (7) for preventing the rotation of the reducing mechanism case (22). The force received by the reducing mechanism case is detected by the force-detecting sensor (23) and output to a control device (27). The control device calculates the anti-winding torque according to the force received by the reducing mechanism case, then calculates cloth winding tension based on the anti-winging torque and the performs rotating control of a special motor (20) based on the cloth winding tension. |
