PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin bactericidal detergent composition which can exhibit high bactericidal properties in a sufficient degree even in use for a short period of time in consideration of a real hand-washing time at a busy site. SOLUTION: The skin bactericidal detergent composition comprises an (a) component: triclosan and/or parachlorometaxylenol of 0.05 to 2 mass%, a (b) component: alcohol represented by general formula (1): R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-OH (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>denotes a 6 to 10C hydrocarbon group), and a (c) component: an anionic surfactant of >2 to 35 mass%, and in which the mass ratio of the (c) component to the (b) component, (c)/(b)=0.9/1 to 15/1, and also, the pH of the composition at 25°C is <5.5.
